After an extensive trial period by members of Western Fire & Rescue Station and the Training Department, Leicestershire Fire & Rescue Service (LFRS) have chosen the Cromwell F900 firefighter helmet as part of their new Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

In partnership with Lion Apparel, Helmet Integrated Systems Ltd will be supplying LFRS as part of a new PPE contract for the next 8 years. With a ‘go live’ date of early June 2011, many of the fire fighters at LFRS are already using their new PPE, complete with new Cromwell F900 fire helmets, in active service.
