Helmets Deliver for Eurocopter
Helmet Integrated Systems Ltd (HISL) has begun delivery on a third consignment of Alpha Eagle helicopter helmets with Alpha Active Noise Reduction (ANR) for Eurocopter.
The helmets are going to be used throughout Poland by the Polish Ministry of Health in their new fleet of 23 twin engined Eurocopter EC135 helicopters for HEMS (Helicopter Emergency Medical Services).
The Alpha Eagle Helmet is designed for use in helicopters and fixed wing non-ejection seat aircraft. Steve Skeggs, Business Manager for HISLs Aircrew division commented:

The consignment for Eurocopter includes integrated Alpha Active Noise Reduction (ANR) technology which protects aircrew from the damaging effects of aircraft noise, while providing enhanced radio communications capability. Alpha ANR technology can be integrated into both fast jet and helicopter helmets.
